It may be Christmas, but at least we still get a new episode of Top Gear this Sunday – Episode 6 of series 14. This week is a Top Gear special with the boys tackling a journey across Bolivia in a quest to reach the coast of Chile.

Citroen C-Crosser: the lowdown
Here's Citroen's C-Crosser SUV, a Mitsubishi Outlander with a facelift and butt-tuck. It's also the sister car of the Peugeot 4007, another badge-engineered French 4x4 revealed on CAR Online today. As with the 4007, Citroen has taken the Outlander, grafted on its corporate nose, added different 18-inch wheels and tweaked the rear lamps.

Welcome to the world’s second four-door coupe, the Passat CC. Following the lead of the Mercedes CLS, Volkswagen has redrawn the Passat to give us this swoopy mini-me Phaeton lookalike saloon. It's an attempt to stretch the Passat further upmarket - away from its humdrum fleet roots and nearer the hallowed doorway to the compact premium market.
